Established in 1895, Mont-Tremblant National Park was the first national park created in Quebec.

North of Quebec City lies one of Quebec’s most spectacular glacial valleys: Jacques-Cartier National Park.

This vast mountainous plateau, carved by deep valleys, features an impressive elevation difference of more than 550 metres, with a river winding through the landscape, sometimes calm and sometimes rushing.

On the high plateaus, coniferous forests dominate, while deciduous trees flourish in the valley bottoms.

A picturesque village of around 800 inhabitants, nestled where the St. Lawrence River meets the Saguenay Fjord, is a perfect destination for lovers of the sea.

Its charm lies in its spectacular landscapes, rich history and numerous opportunities for marine wildlife encounters, including sightings of 13 species of whales.

Located in the Charlevoix region, Hautes-Gorges National Park takes its name from the deeply carved valleys surrounded by towering mountains.

The Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie are home to some of the highest cliff faces east of the Rockies.

The dramatic elevation changes, breathtaking scenery and distinctive course of the Malbaie River make this an enchanting destination.
