We continue Lisbon City Tour to the Jeronimos Monastery It is the monastery of Manueline style, monumental testimony to the Portuguese discoveries. Visit the tomb of Vasco da Gama and Luis de Camões.
Visit the Tower of Belem and the Monument to the Discoveries. Afterwards, head to the Tower of Belem was strategically built on the north bank of the Tagus river, between 1514 and 1520, to protect the bar of Lisbon, it is one of the jewels of architecture From King Manuel I. The Monument of Discoveries was originally erected in 1941 for Portuguese World Exhibition to celebrate the main players in the Portuguese discoveries.

Breakfast at the hotel. Lisbon’s coast will delight us today! Our first stop is in Sintra, a World Heritage site known as "Lord Byron's Glorious Eden". Sintra was used as a retreat by the Romans, the Moors and the Portuguese Kings due to its position, its beauty, wooden ravines and fresh water springs. The Cabo da Roca, the most western point of continental Europe is always a point of interest in every tour to Lisbon’s Coast, so this will be our next point of visit. On our way back we discover Cascais and Estoril and complete the golden triangle.

After checking out, head to the car rental office where you will pick up your rental car and head to Bussaco. Arrival at the hotel, check in and free afternoon at leisure.

Drive towards the city of Coimbra, of the country’s oldest cities, known for housing one of the world's first universities and for its distinctive partition between an upper and lower town.
The Upper Town contains the city’s old quarter filled with historical churches and narrow streets while the Lower Town houses Coimbra’s busy commercial district. Set over sharp hills by the shores of the Mondego River, the historical city it a must go for those who relish an at-times steep climb in order to catch stunning panoramic views!
Drive back to Bussaco and free afternoon at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel. Capital and gateway to the north of Portugal, is the second-largest city in the country after Lisbon. Located along the Douro river estuary, Porto is one of the oldest European cities, and registered as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. You will discover the city during a private city tour.

Enjoy a half day tour in Aveiro dedicated to the codfish (there are said to be over 1000 recipes in Portugal alone and it can be considered the iconic ingredient of Portuguese cuisine). After breakfast, check out and meet with your driver, who will be waiting for you in your hotel and take you to the airport. End of tour.
