We have been involved in the creation and/or updating of several IT systems. We also advice in processes and back-end systems that help Tour Operators work more effciently. The systems we have created are:
Extranet system for Nepalese, Malaysian and Indonesian DMC
This system allows the clients of these DMC’s to login onto a specificly designed enviroment where they can find programs, pricing and also dossiers. It allows clients to create tailormade quotations themselves based on the published rates. It also gives insight into the status of a booking/dossier down to individual product level if needed.
Custom CRM system
We have created a custom webbased CRM system where they can find potential business leads. They can manage these contacts and filter and search based on needs. This makes it easier to expand into specific markets for a DMC.
A system is under construction right now (2018) that combines a selection of tours and excusions from all the active Global Discovery members. This means that there will be a database of tours for nearly 70 destinations world-wide available for business interested in this content. It comes with prices, prictures, descriptions everything needed to turn the tour into a sale. The thought behind creating a database for this is that digital links can be setup to manage and maintain the content.
